Customer Service Representative - German Speaker

Your tasks
- Telephone support for customer calls in the mentioned languages
- General information and advice on our products and services for existing customers and potential new customers
- Processing of our customers' requests and updating in our computer systems (examples: tariff or price plan changes, activation of options or services, change of address)
- Identification of potential weak points for continuous improvement of customer service

What you bring
- Very good command of at least two languages - minimum level C1: German - English is a plus
- Interest in telecommunication products
- Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00
- Personal strengths: reliability and punctuality
